New Sonata on the Block

One of the best cars in the Hyundai lineup is gearing up for 2013. The new 2013 Sonatas now all come standard with a six-speed automatic transmission, which gets a fuel-efficient 24/35mpg city/highway. Drivers can expect lots of new gadgets and upgrades, like fog lights and heated seats on the GSL and bluetooth, a USB port, power accessories, a tilt/telescoping steering wheel, and cruise control all remain included at the base level. Hyundai Santa Fe sets ambitious sales goals

Santa Fe, the newly revamped Hyundai SUV, is set to sell 152,000 models around the world this year. The ‘Fluidic’ design was applied to the automaker’s top selling SUV. The concept features sleek arched lines from the front of the car to the end. The interior benefits from a completely revised exterior design that takes Hyundai’s “fluidic sculpture” language to the next level. The new design theme is called “Storm Edge,” and it’s meant to capture the “dynamic images created by nature during the formation of a storm.” Interior features include heated rear seats to an optional eight-way power driver’s seat, and higher trim models can be equipped with features like a heated steering wheel and a panoramic sunroof. Welcome to the new Santa Fe

Finally, Hyundai is ready to unveil the new long-awaited 2013 Santa Fe, and trust me folks, it’s worth the wait. The Santa Fe hasn’t been remodeled since 2007. 5 years later, it looks quite different and will be unveiled next month at the New York International Auto Show. So far, Hyundai has released 2 teaser pictures of the sleek new mid-sized SUV, “which uses design language it calls “Storm Edge.” The midsize SUV has a bolder hexagonal three-bar chrome grille and large LED fog lights.” Continue reading
